Verify kit expiration date
Place a clean extraction tube in the workstation rack
Add Reagent A, followed by and Reagent B
Collect the throat sample with a sterile swab
Place swab into the extraction tube with solution
Remove the swab from extraction tube and insert the test strip
Interpret the results of the test
